High Quality, Low Noise Single Crystal Ferrite
The cores of LLH heads are made of exclusive low noise single crystal ferrite that has proven to be far superior to hot pressed polycrystalline ferrite. LLH cores contain only one single crystal element with no porous crevices around millions of individual crystals such as those used to make up a hot pressed ferrite core. LLH single crystal ferrite cores eliminate these millions of individual crystals that separate to cause damage to the gap which in turn compromises the high frequency response. No voids can be formed within the surface of an LLH head throughout its lifetime because the core is made from only one single crystal ferrite element. This assures a perfect high frequency audio response and utilizes the excellent, high quality magnetic characteristics of single crystal ferrite to support the bias frequency.
Advantages in using LLH high speed duplication heads
-
Hot
pressed ferrite heads require periodic maintenance to repair the
crystal pullout in the gap area and restore the high frequency
response. LLH heads eliminate the downtime and loss in
production plus eliminating the engineering expense associated
with the periodic maintenance requirement.
-
LLH heads maintain constant recording characteristics through their lifetimes so that frequent adjustments of the signal and bias currents are not necessary.
-
Compare the sound quality of your product using LLH single crystal ferrite heads and you
will immediately conclude that you have heard the best. |
